Custom Fabrication
With 1492 Coachwork’s master fabricators, you can rest assured your coach will be the highest quality. Not only are the interiors custom, but the entire fabrication of your coach is a custom build as well. We offer unsurpassed in-house fabrication capabilities. Our coaches feature fully-welded construction with all exterior welds metal finished and body worked for a smooth, seamless appearance.
Floorplan & Engineering
Each floorplan is custom designed and unique. You’ll get to see what your coach looks like and how it’s being engineered each step of the way. When you design with us, we’ll mock up a full 3D rendering of the design and the engineering from concept to completion. Plus, you’ll get to take a virtual walk-through of the complete interior and exterior design for approval before we build.
Quality Control
We want every coach that leaves our doors to be of the highest caliber. That’s why every coach is inspected and refined at multiple inspection points by our highly trained and experienced in-house inspection team. Our construction process is fully documented to assist in future modifications, additions, and service. Additionally, all coaches are third party inspected and sealed to insure your coach exceeds industry codes and standards.
